How do I download the books that I order?
When you order downloadable books, and your credit card is sucessfully processed,
you will receive an email as a receipt for your order, and a second email with
download instructions. The books are zip files containing pdf's of the books.
I ordered downloadable books, but my connection was cut during the download. What can I do?
Do I need to have an account with New Strategist to purchase online?
No, you do not need to have an account. You can choose Non-Account holder, and
go through the order form (do not enter a username and password). The order
will be processed without having an account.
