It is very slow. It takes forever to load any files. It will freeze up if you are in the middle or with children.

The log in page does not open up properly and freezes. I would sit there for several minutes waiting for it to load before closing the app and logging in again. My son is very happy with the app's pet section. However, he gets annoyed when the app freezes or closes.

It crashes- Every time we attempt to follow the learning path, it crashes immediately. It has been uninstalled and reinstalled two times. We can't pay for anything that isn't needed.

ABC mouse has been the most valuable investment that we have made. ABC mouse has been used by my daughter for 10 months, just three months short of her turning 3. Although she knew some basics before we began, she is now able to spell our names, her own name and the name of our dog. She can count to 20, then she counts backwards. More shapes have been learned by her, including hexagon and octagon. She even knows how to use stop signs and stop lights. My husband and I are amazed at her ability to reverse count from 20. ABC Mouse, thank you!

Great content is essential. Not so with customer service. My debit card was expired and my phone would not allow me to update it, so I called the CSR. They told me there wasn't a CSR available to help with billing problems. OK. Your subscription will then expire.

It never opens and loads as it should. It works on this table as well.

It is slow and I cannot open it.

ABCmouse has been a favorite of my grandchild since she was 3 years old. She will turn 8 in November and her love for ABCmouse is evident in the way she takes care her pet hamster. I encourage her to practice math so that she can have a balance. My granddaughter does very well this school year, as she is now in 2nd grade.

You can't log in for the app to be used. The app tells you to log in online, set up an account and then login again. The app does not have a login screen. I have tried several times to uninstall and reinstall the app but it still doesn't work.

Update: We are having problems accessing the classroom and ANYTHING. My son used to love the classroom and doing level activities like reading to him or feeding the fish. It seems that I can no longer do anything. What do I do? I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICES! We've been with ABC almost two years. One time I experienced a problem with the game freezing and crashing, but it was quickly fixed. My son can play the game and continue learning as he pleases, so I'm happy to pay 12.99 per month.

My son loves it. He learns faster when he is accompanied by a role model. The program is great. Highly recommended.

The activities are great for my grand-daughter, who is 2 years old. The only thing I don't like about this app is that it doesn't load properly when I attempt to install it on my grand-daughter's tablet. To reset my sign-in password, I choose forgot password. It won't let me enter it. I am not happy as my grandbaby is a huge fan of abc mice and can currently only use it on my smartphone. These bugs must be fixed.

Alhamdolillah is the best app I've found for children's education. I also have a ton of educational apps that reward kids for successfully completing lessons. Edit: I would suggest that the worksheets, videos, and activities be organized topic-wise within a topic. It's too confusing for children to follow topic-wise. However, the content and overall idea are simply amazing.

ABC mouse has been with us for three and a half years. I am so proud of how she has developed. Now she's in kindergarten, and it feels like she's light years ahead of her classmates. Her teachers are impressed by her level of achievement. It makes me feel proud and like I have done something right. When she was in elementary school, she is able to read simple sentences and do basic addition. We are grateful!

It closes automatically as soon as we open it. Since the latest update, it has been doing this since then. It is impossible to use. My 3-year-old daughter is extremely upset.
