CHM Editor can be used to translate or edit help files in CHM format.

CHM Editor allows you to edit text with the tools on the toolbar, and also permits you to translate file contents into other languages.

CHM Editor makes use of Google and Yahoo's translation services. It is as simple as choosing the language from which it was originated and then the translation language that it should be translated in. However, you will need to manually correct any errors in translation.

The text size cannot be manually changed, which is a shame. This is easy to accomplish if you are proficient in HTML. CHM Editor will show you the source code of your help file so that you can edit it.
