Google Play Music allows you to download and play music online with a Google service called Google Play Music. To use the features of Google Play Music's web edition, you will need to have an Internet browser. Chrome, however, is the official client that allows you to listen to your music and not use up RAM.
It's very similar to the browser version. It's actually a WebView system which shows the same pages. Access your libraries can be accessed regardless of whether you have music from an online store or your own local file. You can find all features and notifications in the lower right corner of your Windows desktop.
This version also includes some exclusive features, such as the ability to turn it into a mini-player that remains on top of all other windows. You can control volume, skip songs, and more. You can also change your default theme and mutes notifications via the pop-up menu.
