Qucs is also called Quite Universal Circuit Simulator. It allows you to create integrated circuits very schematically to test their performance.
The database contains a large component list that can be used to insert components into the circuit. Every one of them has their own electronic properties, such as resistances and voltage sources, diodes or transistors, gate, LEDs, bridges, capacitors, resists, and so on.
Qucs allows you to determine the electronic characteristics of radio frequencies and transmission lines using a module called QucsTranscalc. To get a precise result, it manually enters the values for the various parameters.
A similar tool is Qucs.

This one, however, is more advanced. You have the option.
