SmartCam allows you to link your phone's camera with your computer to use it as a webcam.

This program is client-server and works on both your computer and your smartphone. Once you've installed the program, you can use Bluetooth to establish a connection and improvise any webcam from anywhere.

SmartCam can act as a webcam for messaging applications such as MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger or Skype and may be used as an addition to communication with friends.

SmartCam is currently only compatible with Symbian S60 (Nokia N80 N92 N95), but it comes with many codecs that can be used to capture images.
