Sound normalizer can be used to improve the audio quality of your files.

It analyzes files in PCM 8-16, 24, 32 bits and DSP. The program displays the complete file test, which includes the sound distribution between the right and left channels and the format properties.

After the file is analyzed Sound Normalizer can be used to normalize the file by changing the sound channels. You can also listen to the file and preview any changes.

The program allows you to edit the file tags, and convert WAV into MP3 or vice versa.
